Terms of Service — Specter Systems

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Specter Systems ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Specter Systems provides threat intelligence through honeypot deployment, AI-powered risk scoring, and gamified security analytics. The Platform is designed for legitimate defensive security purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Platform to attack, surveil, or harm third parties without authorization.
Upload or transmit illegal content, malware, or stolen data.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform.
Use automated means to scrape or abuse the API.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, logos, and AI models are the property of Specter Systems LLC. You receive a limited license to use the Platform according to your subscription tier.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL PREVENT ALL SECURITY BREACHES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Specter Systems LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United States.
